Data from website users (browsing data) gathered through cookies the user accepts in the respective legal notice on the cookies policy, meaning the legal basis is the consent granted by the data subject.

Mailing of commercial communications

If the processing derives from commercial contacts, we may use direct or mass email, videoconference applications as well as other communication tools provided by social networks as a communication system whenever the user has provided us with the data needed for them and under the scope of the intended purpose.
